Ted Cook and Janet Cook welcomed their first child, Quinn Cook into the world on the 23rd of March 1993 at Washington, DC. Kelsey Cook is the younger sister of Kelsey Cook. He was a student at DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland, because his school was located so located near Maryland. Ted his father, Ted, operated an ice cream stand in United Station and was a famous fast-food restaurant runner when the son of his was growing to be a teenager.
